This is the only phone number you need to reach anyone at Council. You can reach us here 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you call during office hours, our customer service staff will help you lodge an enquiry with the appropriate team within Council.
After hours, and on weekends/public holidays, our off-site answering service will alert the on-call staff if appropriate.
If your enquiry isn’t operational in nature, you might prefer to engage with one of our Councillors. You’re welcome to make contact with them as your elected representatives – a full list of our Councillors, along with their contact details, can be found here.
