Talk to a Councillor

If your enquiry isn’t operational in nature, you might prefer to engage with one of our Councillors. You’re welcome to make contact with them as your elected representatives – a full list of our Councillors, along with their contact details, can be found here.

Use our Online Suggestion Box

Our Online Suggestion Box lets you leave us anonymous feedback right here on the page, without having to send an email or pick up the phone. Please note, because the form is anonymous, we'll be unable to update you on the outcome of your feedback. You can find it here on our feedback page, where we occasionally seek feedback from the community on specific projects or programs.

Snap Send Solve App

Snap Send Solve is the free mobile app that lets you notify local councils, utilities or other authorities of issues that need addressing in your community.

Free to download from the App Store and Google Play, and available online, Snap Send Solve helps you report incidents on the spot by letting you capture and send photos of issues that need attention to councils and a range of other authorities.
