This year marks 20 years of the Isisford Fishing Competiton. Mark your calendars, contact your mates, families or just bring yourself! This a great milestone for the club and to all the supporters and competitors who have been a part of this wonderful family event over the years.

IBRFA Inc will be hosting their annual fishing competition, celebrating 20 years of the competition. A weekend of fishing, camping and fun with family and friends. Great Cash Prizes to be won, catch a Yellowbelly, Catfish or a Black Bream, there are cash prizes for all 2 categories from 1st to 3rd placings. Major Draws for both Junior & Adults, including multi random draws. There will be food, a bar, entertainment and activities happening over the weekend. Friday night, meet and greet. We can all make a great weekend of it, so if you are planning a trip, this is the one to come to. Bring your family, friends or just yourself to enjoy a great weekend. See you at the Oma Waterhole, on the good ole Barcoo River, SW of Isisford.

1. Where's Isisford, well 127kms South of Longreach & 120kms West of Blackall. A great little country town situated on the Barcoo River, home of the yellowbelly and has even a big Yellowbelly to prove it.
2. Oma Waterhole? The home of the Isisford Fishing Competiton, a secluded, yet well-known and a favourite to many, a waterhole on the Barcoo River. Great for fishing and camping, well situated with great access roads to the river bank. Toilets & Showers, situated not far from Isisford, approx 15kms.
3. How to nominate - There are 2 ways. there will be online nominations as well at the event and over the weekend at the control point.
