Our Australia Day Awards are a great way to recognise the people and groups that make our communities strong! Council presents the awards each year to recognise outstanding achievements in the communities of Longreach, Ilfracombe and Isisford/Yaraka. There are so many great achievements happening all the time in our region, it’s important to show our appreciation to the people involved. These awards are an opportunity to celebrate our best people and achievements.
