Public Notice: Unregistered Vehicles on Roadways

Unregistered vehicles must be contained within private property at all times unless travelling under a Main Roads travel permit.

Council Local Laws Officers have commenced patrols to effect the removal of such vehicles. If you find your vehicle has been affixed with a seizure notice be advised that you have seven (7) days to relocate the vehicle onto private property before Officers seize and impound it. Towing and impound fees apply for the return of vehicles and an infringement notice may also be issued to you.
