Isisford Small Business Friendly Networking Event with guest speaker Louise Gronold

Join local business owners and operators in Isisford for an informal afternoon focused on practical skills, shared experience and useful connections.

This small business networking event combines hands‑on learning with the chance to meet and talk with others who are running businesses in your community. The emphasis is on tools you can use immediately, in a setting that is relaxed, supportive and grounded in real regional experience.

Our guest presenter is Louise Gronold, who will deliver a practical session on how small businesses and community groups can use Canva to create clear, professional marketing and communication materials. Louise will walk through how Canva can be used for everyday business needs such as social media posts, flyers, simple presentations and branded documents. The session is designed for people with little or no design background, and will focus on confidence, simplicity and good judgement rather than technical complexity.

Louise’s presentation will be interactive and conversational, with time for questions and discussion. You are welcome to bring a laptop or tablet if you wish, but it is not required.

The event is designed to be relaxed and welcoming. There is no formal dress code, no sales pitches, and no pressure. Whether you run a long‑established business, are just starting out, or support local enterprise in a professional role, you are very welcome.
