Tree Maintenance Request Form

Don’t use the form to:

  • report a tree growing too close to a powerline – for more information, visit Ergon Energy
  • report a tree that has fallen on or damaged a powerline – phone Energex on 13 76 66
  • request maintenance of a tree on private property.

For urgent road safety issues, such as a fallen tree blocking a road, phone Council immediately on 07 4658 4111.

Once your request is logged, Council undertakes a prioritisation process for tree maintenance based on several factors, including public safety. This process may take some time, as each request is assessed according to the tree’s condition and the level of risk it poses. Trees that present the greatest safety risk are prioritised.
