Our recruitment process
We aim to make our recruitment process clear and transparent. Here’s what you can expect when you apply.
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Submit your application online before the advertised closing date.
Step 2: Application Received
You’ll receive an automatic email confirming we’ve received your application.
If you don’t receive this, please contact us.
Step 3: Shortlisting
After the role closes, our People and Culture team sends applications to the panel for shortlisting.
You’ll be contacted within 10 business days to let you know whether you’ve been shortlisted for an interview.
Step 4: Interviews
If shortlisted, we’ll schedule an interview with you. Interviews are facilitated by the selection panel.
Step 5: Referee Checks
For preferred candidates, we’ll contact referees as part of the final assessment.
Step 6: Selection Outcome
Once a decision is made, all candidates will be notified of the outcome.
Please allow up to 10 business days after your interview to hear from us.
Step 7: Offer and Onboarding
If successful, you’ll receive an offer of appointment. Once accepted, we’ll guide you through the onboarding stage and next steps.
